Nigerian authorities are intensifying their crackdown on digital asset fraud, with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) adding Folashade Odelana and Bamidele Ayodele Abiodun to its wanted list.

These individuals are sought in connection with an alleged multi-million naira scam linked to the Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX), a platform that notably "collapsed" in April, reportedly wiping out over N1.3 trillion from investors' accounts and causing widespread devastation among many Nigerians.

The anti-graft agency, which issued a public appeal for information on Wednesday, June 4, through its official social media channels, reiterated its unwavering resolve to apprehend those complicit in cyber-related financial crimes, particularly within the burgeoning digital asset sector.
